Back when bingo was new in my hometown, I played bingo every Sunday night. At that time they used the hard cards and they had racks to put your bingo cards on so they weren’t flat on table…. well one Sunday night we were playing and I wasn’t getting any numbers so I was spending most of my time looking around. Well I saw a card which only needed one number… all of a sudden they called the number and no one bingoed… so I yelled bingo and raised my hand. The bingo worker came over and I sent him to 3 tables away to pay the bingo. The lady didn’t know she had bingo. She didn’t even give me a tip..
